How do you remove a file?

I have a file in the window. If I select it and press the "Delete" button on my keyboard it's gone from the list. Next time I start the program, the file is still there.

How do you get rid off it, without physically remove the file from the hard disk?

I have file transfer but never use it as I have unchecked the option to run it in the common settings DVDFab. Maybe open common settings and go to file transfer at bottom left side and uncheck it. save and exit DVDFab once that done restart DVDFab and then check run file transfer to see if the file is still shown
