iTunes version 9.0.2.25

When I try to use File Mover, a message at the bottom says "iTunes software is not found" and there is a prompt for me to download iTunes software. I already have iTunes version 9.0.2.25 downloaded on my computer. What can I do?

I have 9.1 itunes and file mover doesn't see my itunes.
