    Just and FYI xubin ....

DVDFab VD has been working flawlessly for me, no more issues

Thanks for all your hard work and the latest release !!!

PS: Been promoting on other forums for everyone to give it a try as it runs cleaner than DAEMON and Clone's VD !!

            @xubin

There is one slight issue, I should have mentioned, at first I thought is was on my end.

This is on a new build i7 XP Pro 32 bit, see attached image. And yes I do have an image mounted !!

The right-click context menu is not displaying the title mounted.

And at one time didn't the right-click context menu have a selection for Unmount or Unmount All when an image is mounted ?

When I left click the vdrive service running in the taskbar (notification area), it displays the mounted image. Plus it also displays a selection to "Unmount All".

EDIT: Forgot the attachment ... , also notice that the ALZip app displays the mounted image as well

            Regards,
            AX

I did a test on my other box, AMD, XP PRo sp3 32 bit .....

First, the current ver I had running on this box was v1102 (see attached image). As you can see the right-click works as expected.

So then I decided to install v1108, here's what's odd, I was running DebugView in he background while installing v1108, when it got to the "This i NOT verified software" dialog I clicked install anyway, the box crashed/rebooted .... WOW !!!

So after the reboot, I checked the install and of course it did not complete fully it showed in te taskbar but the mount function was not there. So I just reinstalled without debugview running. Install completed this time. Now look at the second attached image, it has the Unmount but the mounted drive does not display the ISO. And as you can see I'm showing you what is displayed in the taskbar of the same mounted iso.

I will upload the the .dll's as you requested from both machines ..... be back shortly ... need coffee ....

Thanks for your attachments, very useful, and i already get the point.

The problem is caused by lazy-update vdrive.dll which is resident in memory all the time, so now i think you can resolve this by this approach:
First rename vdrive.dll to vdrive.tmp, logoff
                      Then install Version 1.1.0.8 again

Well for the BSOD, oh very sorry for that. If there are some dump files in C:\WINDOWS\Minidump, plz send them to me, it would be a great help again

                          I never got a BSOD ....

FYI: I have installled 1102 on top of 1108, it even told me do you want to install this eariler version, I accept and 1102 installs on top of 1108. Two ways I know this is 1102 works properly (displays the ISO info in the right-click context menu) and the version is displayed when you mouse over the icon sitting in the system tray. But when I got back to 1108 no ISO info .... I'll try it again, but I think the result will be the same.

                          Anybody else have this issue ? ? ? ?

                              Hallo, Xubin,

I am not the translator for Spain, nor did I translate the language to the Spanisch languages.

But I can conform that the LanguageID for Spain shout be $500A.
$0c0a will give somtimes problems with some systems.
