My computer freeze when install explorerFab

My computer freeze when install explorerFab 3.0.1.9.
When I click install ,process run to 100%. And then
my computer freeze and can’t do anything. I must
press restart button.

After restart, in folder exploerFab when I click uninstall, the popup show " file is corrupted and unreadable
but the program exploerFab can open.

We could not duplicate the problem. Please provide more info, info on your system, and related screenshots as log files. Thanks.
