wish file mover was disabled by default

I would prefer that File Mover was disabled by default, pesky half drawn screen pops up when I least want it and hangs up the system for a minute or two..

I hate that!!

I hated it too when I first stumbled across it.
Just change the default setting
Enter Common Settings >
