Do you mean external subtitle or internal subtitle?
What player for playback?
Please post dvdfab_internal.log file and fabcheck_internal.log file as well.

did you try to remux mkv to m2ts before using UHD Creator?

Not need you can import MKV do it.

burn to disc and play on lg up970

I'm check many time, subtile after creator time code bug display not right time code some delay, some faster or slower... Dobly atmos not support lost after creator .

Yes, subtitle have problem since uhdcopy released and still not fix.

We do not reproduce the problem with the source we have.

We notice that there are two subtitle streams in the source file G:\4K BLURAY\00011.mkv, so both subtitles have the delay problem? Are the subtitles in the source mkv file can playback without problem using DVDFab Player 5 or other player?

Do you have this problem with other mkv source? What is the file size? How about you send us one source for testing?

1 source : Power Rangers 2017 2160p UHD Blu-ray HEVC TrueHD 7.1-TERMiNAL
2 create mkv by mkvtoolnix from 1 : add sounds and sup subtitle ( eng, thai) , remove second video (dolby vision)
3 create uhd by uhd create from mkv in 2

Please test and watch moive from begin to end. you will found subtitle display not properly. It's display wrong timestamp.
some sence , subtitle display right timestamp and some sence wrong. Almost wrong.


All mkv play properly. but all uhd are made by uhdcreator have subtitle promblem.

I send sup subtitle to yon on chat. please check.

After use Creator UHD Authoring to new UHD 100gb only one choice. Why?
Because more than 10 version from 10.0.7.2 to 10.0.8.4 until fix bug external subtitle error when skip chapter or skip forward. Subtitle not display if do skip and next.

When you add external srt subtile in uhd copy or uhd creator and press skip or forward or backward, Sutitles will popup delay.
