So sad this software

I'm really regret boutgh this software.
Since version 10.0.7.2 untill 10.0.8.4, i cannot do well this software i'm really boring. Why so much bug did not fix.
1. External Subtitle not display Right now time code if skip forward, and chapter not display.
2. Why not support format *.Sup easy for user.
3. Development Creator too bad, many comment bug until now not fix.
We are waiting one word answer reasonable.

I am sorry that you have problem when using DVDFab products.

About the problems you reported in other posts, we are checking them.
