Blu Ray Ripper - 64-bit v 10.2.0.3 - "An unknown error has occured" - won't read

Getting error message "An unknown error has occurred" (sorry for the typo in the subject) when I load a disc.

I have been happily ripping for a few days without (many) issues.

Upgraded to 10.2.0.3 yesterday. Ripped several things since then.

I'm on disc 3 of Deadwood (Blu Ray), and I got an error while ripping 2 episodes on disc 3. It ripped 2 of the 4 episodes and errored on the last two. The disc initially loaded fine.

I removed the disc, wiped it clean even though there was nothing visible on it, and now DVD Fab won't read the disk at all.

The disc seems to read fine in the drive through Windows.

I have tried other discs and am now getting this error.

Error log added.

Running on Windows 10, latest updates, Running latest version of 64-bit DVDFab 10.2.0.3.


I also have already tried the De-athorize thing that I saw in another thread. That has not resolved my issue.

I get the same error when I try to open the Disc 4 of the season 5 of the Andromeda boxset.
I also tried with DVDFab 10.1.0.0, same result.

i have the same error no matter what blu ray i i put in. it doesnt read the disc.
i also tried the deauthorize troubleshooting from another Thread

without success

Any BluRay Disc or BluRay ISO created by DVDFab get the following error: "An unknow error occurred. Please check if there is a new version at DVDFab website." Downgraded and same error. Maybe decryption servers down?

same error here, every drive and every disc I try. was ripping fine a few hours ago.

Since there are multible threads open regarding this issue it would be nice if a Admin could have a look into this and may restart the servers?

Same error in Blu Ray copy x64. Just started after I upgraded to new release today!

Update! No problem with regular DVD, just Blu Ray!

I get the same error when I try to open the Blue ray RW Disc which recotded tv program. Yesterday work very well. this happen sometime.

Current (big mistake)
It always comes this error message.
Not a single BluRay is read
Even older versions do not work.

Guessing this is some kind of server issue. Everything was working fine last night, but now all blu-rays return this error - Log indicates "failed to open 306"

I get the same error. DVDfFab will not work on the Windows or macOS versions.

I'm also getting "an unknown error occurred" message for Ready Player One (Blu Ray) directing me to check for the latest release (which I am running 64 bit). Process log gives the following: Task_1 failed! Error=600

Same issue happens on ALL blurays.. Somethings not right with this turnover. I have done full uninstalls and clean installs and the issue still persists.
