Googling the error message brings up a lot of past forum posts that all state that it's a server issue on DVDFAB's side. I disabled my internet connection to see what happens. At the same point where the "unknown error" message would appear, it instead says "internet is required to open this Blu-ray". So I'm going with a server issue. Whatever database it's trying to connect to is not responding.

Seeing as how one of the oldest posts was from 2011, you'd think it would no longer be an "unknown error". They should know what this is and there should be a more appropriate message about the server being down or whatever the issue really is.

Same problem here, tried multiple Blu rays and the Deauth suggestion from the other thread, no success.

In a time crunch on my end, eye surgery tomorrow and was hoping to have some movies ripped to watch on my iPad.

Hop you can get it fixed fast guys!

              Good Morning,

This problem happens to me in DVDFab and in Passkey, I understand that the solution has been for both.

              regards
