DVDFab x64 v10.2.1.0 Red Sparrow & A quiet Place (Blu-Ray)

Dear All,

i want to rip the German Blu-Rays Red Sparrow and A quiet place to MKV. Original Blu-rays. When i put them into my external LG blu-ray drive the Blu-Ray loading pop up appears in dvdfab64 10.2.1.0 but then after 10 seconds only the "+" sign is shown as it if there were no bluray inserted with dvdfab 8 i am asked to update the software to version 9 or 10. Other recent blu rays like Black Panther and Death of stalin are working as expected

Try uninstalling your current drive, restart your computer and let windows reinstall the drive.
retry the discs again.

Why should Fab support these discs for me but not for you? This is not a "Red Sparrow & A Quiet Place (German Blu-Ray)" problem.

i updated to dvdfab64 10.2.1.2 sadly the error is still present for both a quiet place and red sparrow
