Hi J Sriram,

When you first check it under Utilities section, it shows only a download icon, you need to click on it and wait till it completes the download. After that, it should display like this:

That's when you can start and run it.

Also, please go to where you install DVDFab 11 and see if the file DRMRemoval.exe is there or not.

You may need to temporarily disable your antivirus software to have a try.

If still have problem, please provide the detailed PC version info, we will check again. Thanks.

Please find attached screenshot for your reference.

Its getting installed like other apps like youtube to mp3 or video downloader however this app alone doesn't open inspite of turning off antivirus/firewall etc.

I also have DVDFab 10 version in the system should that cause any problem.... ?

If you're in a pinch, just use it from DVDFab 10.
