Getting black screen on standalone player on Sound Of Music - repost

Just reposting this with the proper logs attached. Had this issue awhile ago. Tried again with latest version of 11. Still get black screen and disk will not start. Disk will play normally on Leawo blu ray player app, but not on stand-alone player. Original disk plays normally on standalone player.
Writing as blu ray copy full disk - for 50gb disk - no compression. Have burned many disks of other movies and had no problem. This issue occurs with Fox Home Video blu rays - this one and also "The Robe". Seems to have different encryption than I see on other disks. See Below:

    Disk info:

    Disc media: Blu-ray (BDMV)
    Volume name: SOUND_OF_MUSIC_WW

AACS protection (AACSLA) is removed. (MKBv18)
BD+ protection (ROVI) is removed. (gen8)
Structural Java protection (Sony DADC) is removed.
BluPath: full disc copy/play is supported.

Hi, please load the source disc into your computer, let Windows Explorer / File Explorer open it, then send us the files from the disc folder except M2TS files which are in STREAM folder. You can exclude M2TS files from this folder and put the other files into a new folder and zip the new folder to send us the zip file, thanks.

I sent you a PM if you cannot send us the file via the forum, thanks.
