DVDFab 64bit 11.0.1.8 - trim doesn't work (most of the time)

Is it only me or there is a bug in latest version of DVDFab (trim). When I load video (m2ts) in converter and try to convert to MKV or MP4 trim is marked correctly (let's say out of 2 hours remove last 10 min). But when conversion is done nothing gets trimmed. It's very weird that it occurs on most videos. I tried regular trim, invert - nothing helps.
Any ideas?
