1. Please use Full Disc copy mode to make a copy. (If the copy was made using Full Disc mode, ignore this step)
2. Use BDFix to load the full disc copy as source to "fix" it.
3. After that fix, it should be able to playback using Navigation mode, please have a try.

It is a folder source?
You can load the folder to DVDFab>Utilities>BDFix, try fix it first, and then copy again to see the result.

Mona, do you mean RedBox has different versions of HellBoy Blue-ray?

No, I am not sure if Redbox offers different versions for this movie or not.
If you were referring to the one islandwx reported, we will need your log file to confirm. As the one islandwx reported, did not contain any copy protection as from the log file.
We have added support to HellBoy(2019) (versions that we've known), so if you still have issue with your movie, start a new topic, and these information will be needed:
1. movie version and released country.
2. dvdfab_internal.log
3. files in the original disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, please zip it and upload it to a googledrive/dropbox and share the download url with us.

it can only be rented right now, in the future it will be available for sale.

Please use DVDFab to full disc copy the movie disc to local hard drive as folder. After that, load the folder to DVDFab BDFix to fix and then playback to see the result.

Hi there, if you still have problem copying this movie, please post the latest DVDFab internal log file, specify the movie version, as this movie has many different versions, the one you own may have not yet supported.

Also, please open the original movie disc in Windows File Explorer, make a folder containing everything in the disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip it and upload it to google drive and share the download url with us.
