Crop not working in BluRay Ripper

Last few versions the Crop function is not working in BluRay Ripper. Crop settings do not "take" or "save" and original format is ripped.

If I go back to v11.04.1 it will work as intended.

Posting in hopes of fix in upcoming version or someone might post fix I have overlooked.

Please list your steps so that we can follow them to reproduce the issue.
And provide us the latest dvdfab_internal.log file that shows a complete process of one cropped rip too. Thanks.
