[Solved] Preview keeps getting worse with each new version of DVDFab 11

Tried to copy a dvd to my hard drive as an .iso, but when trying to preview the movie, DVDFab crashed.

This happens with any module of DVDFab, whether it's the Copy, Ripper, etc. module.

I click on preview, disc begins to spin, but it goes into a reading loop (so to speak) and I have to cancel the preview (close the preview window).
Then I click on preview again and about 75% of the time it will preview just fine.
The other 25% of the time, DVDFab will crash with no crash report to submit.

I'm running version 1909 Windows 10 64bit Pro.
Nvidia graphics card.
Everything up to date.

Could the developers please spend some time, maybe start from the ground up, on fixing the preview feature....PLEASE!

Currently unable to preview anything in DVDFab. Program freezes. Clicking on the program brings up the Not Responding error and asks you to either close the program or wait for it to respond.

EDIT: There was an issue with my audio driver that I resolved and now the preview feature is working fine. However, my first post is still relevant.
