keeps crashing

Not sure what it happening, but getting a lot of conversion errors.
program just stops.
Program exits for no reason, after 2-3 conversion (from 10 in the queue)

anyone else this?
Didn't have all these problems in 11.0.8.6

Also, if the queue is running, and you ADD new files to the queue, the number goes up, but after the original Items are processed all the new items in the queue are being deleted.
