DVDFab Geekit v1005 3D-Right-Eye mkv file only has 5000 encoded bitrate

Is it possible to make an option to support 35000 bitrate (or lossless encoding) for the 3D-Right-Eye mkv file, it is currently much smaller (5000 bitrate) than the 3D-Left-Eye mkv file (35000 bitrate) ?
