UHD Ripper crashes when ripping subtitles from Ultra HD Blu-ray with Dolby Vision

    Dear DVDFAB team,

I noticed that DVDFAB version 11.0.9.6 always crashes, as soon as you want to rip the subtitles from an Ultra HD Blu-Ray, that contains Dolby Vision.

    The film title doesn't matter.

The error occurs with all Ultra HD Blu-Rays that contain Dolby Vision.

To understand the error, please proceed as follows:

    1. Record any movie on Ultra HD Blu-Ray that contains Dolby Vison.

    2. Open the film with DVDFAB and go into the ripper module.

    3. Select the subtitle item and use the "SRT" profile.

    4. Make any selection, which subtitles, under which preferences should be ripped. Select your desired location and use the metadata function as required.

    5. Now click on the "Start" button and you will find that DVDFAB 11.0.9.6 (64-bit) closes completely and automatically after 1 second. So the program crashes.

    For comparison:

film titles on Ultra HD Blu-Ray that only contain HDR10 and / or HDR10+ are ripped without errors.

Something is wrong with the processing, in connection with Dolby Vision.

Please fix the error with the next DVDFAB updates.

    Thanks in advance.

      Dear DVDFAB team,

      attached to the crash report.

I took my last backup as an example, but as already described.

It doesn't matter which film, original or copy, as soon as Dolby Vision is in the game, DVDFAB crashes when trying to rip the subtitles in SRT format.

Please fix the error with the next DVDFAB updates.

      Thanks in advance.
