Unable to load the file if the folder or filename has chinese characters

Does this mean DVDFab does't support unicode? I have to remove chinese characters in folder and filename then only DVDfab will accept and open the file. Otherwise it will prompt as below picture:-


At the moment, the 2 solutions i can figure out are:-
1) Remove all chinese characters at folder and filename
2) Change system locale to chinese
