Problem copying Adventures of Rufus: The Fantastic Pet

When trying to copy the "Adventures of Rufus The Fantastic Pet - I get this failure:

When opening the DVD Source - I get this failure: DVDFab is the all-in-one software to copy, rip, convert and create Blu-ray, DVD and video files. has stooped working.
A problem cause the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. Any help would be appreciated !!

And yet I can copy this DVD with the DVDFab 10.0.7.2 .

I don't think I have a crash field (ReportCrash folder is empty) but uploaded the dvdfab_internal log and pathpalyer log file.
