Alternatively, is there any way to increase the conversion accelerated hardware decoding in hevc 8 / 10 Bit (intel quick sync) from about 7-10 fps to a stable 15-20 fps without losing its final quality? We will check the issue with hevc 8 / 10 Bit conversion while applying (intel quick sync) . Please use Software for now.Comment
