v.12.0.0.0 - Not showing any GPU load - probable cosmetic issue

Although GPU-Z is reporting a 99% GPU Video Load when ripping or converting, DVDFab is showing a 0% GPU Load. My rips and conversions are being done at the same rate they have been using v.11, so I think this is just a cosmetic issue.

No change. Still not showing any GPU usage. But I confirmed that my GPU is doing the work by disabling CUDA, which led to a 90% drop in FPS while converting/ripping. (40+ FPS with CUDA disabled and 450+ FPS with CUDA enabled.)

Updated to 12.0.0.2.

I'm getting a GPU Load reading now. It shows 6~7%. But I guess 2D video conversions aren't going to load my GTX1070 very much.
