Crash on start up

Just upgraded to V12 but program crashed on start up with a prompt asking me to send some files to DVDFab. If I started the mini, it worked but when I switched to pro, it crashed again. I am on Window 10 Pro latest release with intel i7 cpu. The log file is attached.

Did you receive a crash report? Please update to the latest v12.0.0.1 to try again and feedback, in case that the same issue happened, please save and send us the crash zip file, thanks.
