not loading discs

Im having issues with dvdfab loading discs, it can see the drive in explorer and even load the disc into handbrake, but it wont load any discs, the discs can play in vlc fine. any ideas thanks

Post your log files. Also, try upgrading to latest version.

try clicking common settings - general settings - click the factory default reset button in the lower left corner
of the general settings area, restart dvdfab and retry loading a disc again.
