request preset and livel idc

Hello you can integrate choice for idc levels:
1) livel idc 40 and 41 (hevc 8 Bit, hevc 10 Bit, hevc 1080p hdr, hevc sdr)
2) livel idc 50 and 51 (hevc 4k uhd hdr, hevc 4k sdr)
and preset, along with the already present preset medium:
1)slow
2)slower
3)veryslow
chosen by the user?

ps: alternatively create a page where you explain how to replace parameters with those that users prefer in order for the program to follow what the user requires

ok however it does not allow me to modify, indeed keeps the standard ones and writes next to the modified ones

but then when I open the file with media info, the idc level that appears is 50 (1080p hdr) or 40 (mkv sdr, mkv h265 8 Bit, mkv h265 10 Bit), how do I solve and how do I replace? Thank you

encode param profile?
level 40?

so for a 1080p hdr the profile is a 40? but how come media info opening the file lets me out 51
