Hello, so far both the Ripper and the Converter only work with a medium preset and not with the others including slow, slower, very slow....; so I ask if there's a way to overwrite the medium preset? if there is no way you can insert the other presets in the form of a drop-down menu? thanks

For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log

your can set "--preset ultrafast " in the coming DVDFab 12.0.1.3 new version,Please post your logs the default location is:
