green screen when change angle on bluray conversion

i been tested on bluray BRAVE title 802. i see a green screen when change to spanish language angle and when return to general movie another green screen. Always when change angle the green screen apears. i try another software liken handbrake and this problem don't occurs. only on dvdfab.

Did you use Ripper or Copy?
Did it happen when using a specific profile/mode only?

Please use Software only (disable GPU) to convert the movie title again and see the green screen issue will disappear or not. Thank you.

i tested with software and the problem don't occurs, but with this method the time to conversion is very big. Why with other software like KANDBRAKE this problem don't occurs??? on handbrake i use gpu to convert.

We could not duplicate the issue with our source, is it okay that you clone an iso file using the original movie disc and then send it to us?
