DVDFab x64 12.0.5.8 - Problems Ripping Last Night in SOHO - 4K and Dacula - 4K

Hello,

I am unable to Copy or Rip either of these two disks. Both are new releases and have the same behavior in DVDFab.

Neither disc completes the loading into DVDFab. The drive makes grinding sounds until canceled after 30 minutes.

FYI - I have successfully ripped several 4K Blu-rays since my post indicating my drive, software and computer are working well.

However, it will not copy Last Night in SOHO - 4K and Dacula - 4K.

Please make a folder containing everything in the original disc volume EXCEPT those .m2ts files under \...BDMV\Stream, zip and upload it to our FTP site. We will check.

Hello, the developer said it's a driver issue that caused the failure and he suggested that you use a different drive to have a try.
