H265 Bluray encodes sit at 99% for 30+ minutes?

Anyone else see this encoder bug? Doesn't happen to every bluray, actually happens rarely but when it does, SUPER ANNOYING! RTX 3090 here, nvenc encode rips through 2pass high quality at like 400FPS. So takes like 5 minutes to encode a movie. But then sits at 99% for 30+ minutes.

If you disable GPU will it make a difference?
Please specify the movie that has the problem, provide the dvdfab_internal and fabcheck_internal log file. Thanks.

did a full uninstall of dvdfab 12.0.6.3 using geek uninstaller to wipe ALL things. installed dvdfab 12.0.6.4. set all my usual settings...

this first log files are from gpu encoding episode 1 of fear the walking dead season 1. total encode time took 23 minutes 13 seconds. it should take maybe 5-6 minutes using the 3090

If you are encoding from disc it's most likely the laser on your BD player /reader.

I have passed your issue to the developer, they will test and check it out.
For now, please try to use other settings for the conversion and see the result.
