Blu-ray Please add an "Inverted MVC Passthrough" profile to Blu-Ray Ripper

I would really appreciate a MVC profile for 3D blu-rays that allows for the base stream to be swapped on the outputted MKV file. The players always assume that the base stream is the left eye, but I have a few blu-rays that use the right eye as the base stream. The first two Hobbit movies, Prometheus, Oz the Great and Powerful are some I've encountered. If it can't be 1:1 passthrough, then a profile as close to it as I can get would be fine.
