I am having an issue trying to convert an AVC file to HEVC. Strangely the output video duration is around 20 mins shorter, resulting in the audio being off. I presume this is an issue with the frame rate. I initially had the setting matching with source in DVDFab, where it selected the incorrect frame rate. I then tried the encode again using the correct frame rate but the same issue happened where the video output duration is 1hr 13 when the film is 1hr 31min. The audio is being muxed.
