    Software Crash

There has been no improvement in sight with this software for at least 2 years.
When converting and inserting or editing a subtitle, the program simply crashes without an error message. It actually always happens with 4K movies, but currently also with 1080p movies. It's especially annoying when you want to do 10 or more episodes and the first ones can be set without any problems and then it crashes at episode 8 or 9 or even worse if you edit 20 episodes.
So what the hell is going wrong? But annoying ads are embedded in paid software. So do I pay for advertising? If I want something new or information, then I go to the website accordingly. I paid a lot of money for the software.

it happens to me too, also crashing when cropping. Doesn't matter if its 720p, 1080p or 4K. The app sent a crash rapports, so i guess the company knows about it.

      Hi, sorry for the trouble.

Would you please kindly offer us more info about the problem you are having. Which profile and subtitle did you try to insert for editing? Please provide a dvdfab_internal log file, as there is more stuff there, that can help us to pinpoint the problem. Thank you for the support and time in advance.

It doesn't matter what subtitle I use.
Whether I use an SRT file or a direct subtitle that is already integrated in the MKV. As soon as I click on the button with the pen to edit (subtitles, crop or similar) the program crashes. No error message nothing. It's been like this for 2 years now. Sometimes I have to open DVDFab up to 9 times to edit a film before it finally works.

I can't duplicate the crash problem on my end.
Without additional info, we are unable to look into it either.
You may try to update the driver of your graphics card to try and see the result.
