no internet access

I have been ripping discs all day. I had a major system crash. I put the 4k disc fury into the drive and I get a message that it needs internet access. I have ripped maybe 10 4k movies today and I have internet access. I have multiple systems ripping discs no problem. I cannot find aa system problem on my end any advice.
