DVD Fab 12.0.7.7 continually crashing

Dvd fab while using converter and loading files continues to crash over and over. Multiple reports have been sent when it happens. Is there a planned fix?

Sorry I was on vacation. Im trying to put an iso file in and convert to mp4...it has stopped crashing but it just goes straight to complete and doesnt make a new file

We could not duplicate the crash issue. Please specify the name of the iso file and send the latest dvdfab_internal log file to us to check it out, thanks.
