Hello. Thanks for being here, first.
second, i got a problem. Bought recently an AMD card to convert movies, but found out, that this was a mistake, because i dont see to make it 2-pass, make it 10-bit or something like AV1. Is this for real, 1pass 8bit h264 ?? This was around 2008 something "state-of-the-art"....
My question, how to enable h265-10bit-2pass, or maybe someone can clear something up about AMD APP....
