DVDFab 12.0.9.1 is out (November 03, 2022)
and also
DVDFab 12.0.9.1 is out (November 10, 2022)

Strange ..I don't remember anything like this ever happening before.

Question for developer: are the two versions the same or different?

Ive had my 12.0.9.1 installed since it came out around the 3rd. update check on mine says nothing newer
