12.0.9.2 Error recoding frasier episodes from pcok

Tried recoding x264 files from peacock. Frasier to be exact. Other episodes from pcok work fine to recode but for some reason these files just sit at 0 percent for 10 mintues and get to 5kb. A fix or some help would be appreciated.

i completetely uninstalled fab and all settings going through different versions and got it to work..this one can be marked fixed...thanks
