When I upgraded to DVDFab 12.0.9.0 the read function resulted in an immediate eject and notice that "Process Completed Successfully." Nothing was read or copied. I uninstalled and reinstalled 12.0.9.7 and all is functioning properly now but my Installed Apps still shows version 12.0.7.4 and the uninstall option is grayed out. Is there a way to remove a previously installed version if it has been upgraded? Perhaps version 12.0.7.4 install file is still available.
