DVDFab 12.102 ripper function

I have tried several times to rip Ørnen: En krimi-odyssé (the eagle 2004) with English sub titles without any success. I've had to use a different ripper to do this.
When will we see an update to fix this matter???

Do you mean the conversion process failed? Got any error messages?
Please provide the dvdfab_internal log session for the conversion too. Thanks.

It just refused to do it. Converting from mkv to mpeg4, Never had problem with previous versions.
