Latest Update hangs at splash screen

Version 12.1.04 - updated today, and when starting, it hangs at the splash screen. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling - no help. Any ideas. I am a 365 user, but have an all-in-one for DVDFab anyway.

try waiting a bit longer mine finally started.

I could not duplicate the problem, maybe you can right-click on it to run it as administrator to see the result.
If still have a problem, please feedback with the latest log file named dvdfab_internal.log. Thanks in advance.
