    Intel ARC 750 not recognized

    Mona
I got the ARC 750 but DVDfab say that it don't know the card, and because of it I can't use it for encode.
I have to use StaxRip there it is working.
How fast will you add support for the ARC 750 ?
This card is not brand new and should had been added a long time ago to the supported card list.

The developer said that it should have been supported, Please zip the whole log folder, especially the one named fabcheck_internal log so that he can check again, thanks.

By checking your fabcheck_internal log file, it should work normally, so the developer is not sure why it doesn't use hardware on your end. The AV codec should by default choose and display the best options, but yours show Software, maybe something is wrong with the graphics card installed?

        1. Please completely remove the current version, and then reinstall the latest version of DVDFab 12.
        2. Refer to the image above and manually select the options as shown in the image to see if it works
        3. Are the Software options shown there by default or that you manually set them?
