DVDFab v12.0.9.6 (Win) Licensing

I have owned DVD fab for over a decade. I bought 2 "Lifetime" licenses of the original software. When they cancelled those licenses, I bought one (again) "Lifetime" license of the new software and a "Lifetime" license for Stream Fab.
I just updated my DVDFab and it is expired and they state that I cancelled it. I did not cancel it.
Do they just not understand what "Lifetime" means or is it I that does not know how to understand english?

Hi, for the DVDFab license part, with your current email address, there is only one expired license for DVD Copy.
