Harry Potter Deathly Hallows Part 1 read error

Trying to do a Main Movie copy of this title, but right at the start I just get read errors. The disc is new/clean. I've tried disabling hardware decoding as I saw suggested somewhere else, but no luck.
Version 12.1.1.5.

Can anyone help?

Edit: Looks like I can copy the title using other software...

Is this a dvd - blu-ray - 4kuhd? Can you tell us what settings you are using in DVDFab for this operation?
