DVD Creator does not get past the "Conversion: one pass" stage. My source file is a 2hr 4gb MP4 file downloaded with StreamFab from Disney+. How to resolve? Thank you.

Did you add an external subtitle? Please try not to add that subtitle file. -
I did not add any external subtitles, and I went in and confirmed that the "default" box is checked, and not the "add external subtitles." I took a straight StreamFab-downloaded MP4 file and ran it through DVDFab 12 to burn it to a playable DVD9 disc at 1080p.

You may close this, please. I re-tried and the files all burned. I have no idea what generated the error message in Creator. I also am not aware of any recent product updates or changes to my system. The only thing I did differently was to turn ON external subtitles, then immediately turn them OFF again, before re-attempting to create my discs. There may be a bug here? I don't know if my logs were helpful to you. Thank you.Comment

We could not duplicate the problem, and we tried a different video file with or without subtitles.
