    30% instant crashes

Whenever I try to rip a slightly damaged or dirty DVD (i guess), dvdfab crashes before starting playback, even though it identifies the tracks to be decoded beforehand.
This was exceptional with the previous version, but now I cross my fingers at every DVD...

Please use Copy - Clone mode to make an iso file of the DVD source you are having a problem, and then upload the ISO file to our FTP site, we will check as soon as possible.
Please check PM for info about FTP. Thanks.

Thanks for the quick reply, but it's not a question of a particular DVD: out of 30 DVDs ripped, around 10 cause DVDFAB to crash...see attached file. Sorry for the ISO file, but I only have an ADSL connection.

The DTS crash problem has been fixed, please kindly use the v13002 to try again, thanks.

          I. too, have seen a huge number of these instant crashes, but only when I am trying to preview titles or delete them from the task queue before starting it. Out of self defense when using 13.0.0.2, I have begun to rip the whole list of titles without first previewing them or editing file names - I should not have to do this, but it at least has stopped all the constant crashes with 13.0.0.2. This product remains horribly full of bugs, and it is very unstable.

Yet another backwards "upgrade". Just updated DVD Fab 13 and now it closes itself instantly when you try and open it so basically it doesn't work at all. As it won't open I wonder how a Live Update will correct it.

Glad I left DVD Fab 12 installed - getting to the point where a DVD Fab or Streamfab update means more problems than we had before

Version 13.003 solved the problem for a DVD, probably related to DTS. But another DVD with DTS still crashes and so do others without DTS... I've tested it with DVDFAB 12 and have no problem ripping the same DVDs, hopefully until a solution is found.

I tried version 13.004 and the problem is still there. Also, sometimes DVDFAB crashes at launch, but it's random.
I'm forced to use DVDFAB 12, which doesn't have any problems.

Sorry for that. I will get the developer to check again.
