DVDFab 13.0.0.1 Cannot Be Used if Not Connected to Internet!

If my computer is not connected to the internet when I try to start DVDFab 13, the program says I am not authorized. And of course I cannot re-authorize it if I am not connected to the internet. This is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

v12 does not have this problem.

Please post your logs the default location is:
For DVDFab 13: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\DVDFab13\Log
For StreamFab: C:\Users\User Name\My Documents\DVDFab\StreamFab\log
Please use attachment button and attach your most recent, Internal log and post right here.
If it's the burning issue, please also attach burn log.
