It is the Latest Driver from AMD. Re-installed the driver 2 times and removed using DDU just to make sure

Here is a reply from the developer:
        1. There are not many vc1 media files now.
Some bd or videos have vc1, you will need a vc1 decode, software vc1 decode is supported for sure.
For some nvidia gpu we support it, but not as a default recommendation.

        amd vc1 decode
        1. we do not have vc1 encode software or hardware.
        2. maybe you want next code of h264/h265, which is av1 ?
Do you actually want av1 but wrongly type it as vc1?

VC1 decode was supported on the hardware side for the previous generation AMD card (RX6000 series), but it did not have the encode as well which the 7000 series has built in. DVDFab, Unifab and Playerfab all showed support for the AMD 6000 series card on the decode and was able to select hardware decode. The 7000 series it doesn't show any support of its built in VC1 capabilities when we should be able to not only see it has hardware encode and decode but able to select the hardware decode which is now software only. Your programs are not detecting the hardware's capabilities properly and hence disabling the tools that is suppose to be supported in your programs. (the Hardware decode support) I realize that the only encode you have right now is H264 and H265. A card that I used to have a Nvidia GTX1050OC did show hardware encode and decode capabilities of the card and was able to select the hardware decode...
