Blu-ray DVDFab 13 locking up at around 7-9% on either first or second pass

Hello,

I've tried a few versions of DVDFab 13 Ripper, on multiple Blu Rays, for a 3D MKV. Every time the conversion locks at 7-9%, usually on the first pass. Once it made it through the first pass and it locked at this point on the second pass.

The ripper works perfectly on DVDFab 12, so i have been using this, but would like to find out why version 13 is not working for me.

Does anybody have any ideas?

Hi Mona, here's the latest log fil from DVDFab 12. It is probably not the same Blu Ray, but 13 has been locking up on every single one
