DVDFab 12/13 - Cannot rip Rosemary's Baby 4K (DolbyVision)

Rosemary's Baby is Dolby Vision with (supposedly) Dolby TrueHD Mono audio. However, both DVD Fab 12 and 13 detect it as AC-3 2.0.

Neither version will rip it using the MP4.4K.DolbyVision.H265.10Bit preset.
- I did choose to remux in vosub subtitles (forced subtitles burned in).
- I use the MP4 preset because I want to set video quality to .14 and copy audio. The MKV DV preset copies both audio and video.

Comments:
- I *was* able to rip it as HDR10 FHD (1080p), however the audio was WAY off during the whole movie. Tried multiple times.
- I have ripped about 30 other DV 4k and 70 HDR10 4k discs successfully. This is the only one that consistently crashes after 30-45 minutes.

On the Common Settings>General>A/V Codec, tick the "Disable all GPU codecs for decoding and encoding" box and uncheck the option "Enable Lightning-Recoding when applicable (accelerate H.264 software decoding and encoding)" as well as uncheck the Lightning-Shrink option to convert again and see the result.

If no difference, please provide the entire DVDFab13.log file and the fabcheck_internal.log file.
